Is This You?

Have You Ever Just Stared at Your Doctor Pretending to Understand What They Said?

Staring at our doctor and nodding our heads might make them feel heard, but it leaves you in the dark.
We break this cycle with the 10-Minute Pre-Appointment Audit. Before you even step into the office, we work together to translate ‘medical noise’ into high-impact questions.

C – Clarify the Problem & Your Vision
We often let the doctor drive the conversation. So we don’t have a concrete vision of our own health.
Question:
If we set aside ‘how’ it will happen, what does a detailed description of your healthy, energized self look like in the present tense?

Did You Walk Out the Doctor’s Office Uneasy About What You Need to Do, and Why?

Then you might not have a plan that makes you feel confident.
We provide a form that helps you check all the boxes before you leave the doctor’s office.
1. Your goals
2. The doctor’s goals
3. What diet and exercise?
4. What medications to take, how often, and why?
5. Any referrals to specialists?
6. Any imaging?
7. When to come back?

L – Listen to Your Body and Mind
Your nervous system loves resolution. When something is left open, we feel it. Let that guide your questions.
Question: What is your body trying to tell you right now?
What do you need to resolve this puzzle?

Can You Swear that Your Lab Results are in Greek?

CBC, CMP, TSH, A1c…
Even if we understood the letters and numbers, what do they even mean for our health?
What do we do to make them better?

E – Establish Simple, Sustainable Habits
Your body mirrors your daily habits.
Question: Since this lab report is just a snapshot of my previous state, what is the one 5-minute shift I can make today to ensure my next report tells the story I want?
Come up with 3 habits and experiment with each of them for 1 week.

Do You Tell Your Significant Other That ‘Everything’s Fine’ Because You’re Too Confused?

We might feel ashamed and dumb because we couldn’t understand the doctor.
That’s not true.
We are smart to notice these feelings. They help us recognize ignorance.
In turn, ignorance helps us recognize the desire to change.

A – Align Mind, Body, & Spirit
Doctors are classically trained on the body, with some specializing on the mind. Shame is the first step out of ignorance.
You don’t know what you don’t know, UNTIL you know.
Question: How does our new habit help align our body, mind, and spirit? Does the new habit balance the values of our vision?

Do You Feel Burned Out Trying to Figure Out How to Take Care of Yourself?

The healthcare system is exhausting!
Why couldn’t things just be simple?
Your health is complicated already.

R – Restore Energy & Peace
The healthcare industry is like a living, breathing body.
We have to work together for optimal health.
Question: If every body has complicated and simple systems, what steps can we take to navigate our inner and outer world?
How can we build long-term resilience and self-trust to create the space for our body’s natural healing?

Here’s the Step-by-Step Plan

C — Clarify the Problem & Vision

The goal is to move from being “problem aware” (focused on the diagnosis) to “systems aware” (focused on the internal cause and the desired vision).
The Medical Snapshot: What is the specific medical report saying about your current physical ‘effect’? Can you view this as an old picture of what you looked like? Can you create a new picture of who you will become?
The Starting Point (YOU ARE HERE): What are your habitual thoughts, feelings, or lifestyle patterns that have become your ‘comfort zone,’ even if they are contributing to your current symptoms?
The Health Vision (DESIRED DESTINATION): If we set aside ‘how’ it will happen, what does a detailed description of your healthy, energized self look like in the present tense?

L — Listen to Your Body & Mind

This step shifts your perspective from suppressing symptoms to interpreting them as feedback from your inner world.
Feedback as Vibration: When you ‘feel’ the music, your body translates the vibrations from the music into feelings. So you become aware of what the music sounds like AND how it makes you feel. When you tune into your health, what is the ‘feeling’ currently bathing your cells?
Symptoms as Teachers: Could your symptoms (like fever or inflammation) be a problem to suppress? Or does your body use these symptoms to speak with you and protect you?
The Internal “No”: There are times we have to do what we have to do, even if we don’t like it. Is there any area of your life where you are struggling to say ‘no’ to others? Can your body be saying ‘no’ for you through this condition?

E — Establish Simple Habits

We all KNOW what to do. We just don’t DO it. This stage closes this gap. We identify the tiny, disciplined shifts that nudge your trajectory back on course.
The Rule of 3’s: ‘One is a fluke, two is a coincidence, three is a pattern’. What are the three most important, small health actions you can commit to today that align with your new vision of health?
Respecting Time: Are you willing to do the same boring thing day after day even if you don’t see immediate results? If you want to make a turn at the light, you don’t keep your foot on the gas until you’re in the middle of the intersection. You slow down, put your signal on, wait for your right of way, then speed up as you turn the wheel and straighten it back again. You’re driving your body, but your body needs time to to change its trajectory.
Lifestyle Reversal: How do you kick out unwanted guests? You make them feel unwelcome and/or ask them to leave. Since research suggests 85% of major illnesses are lifestyle-related, what is one daily habit you can change that makes your body feel less welcoming to disease?

A — Align Mind, Body, & Spirit with the “Healed Image”

You’ve defined your health vision, listened to your body’s input, and established habits. Now we can work together to slowly realign your whole body towards your vision.
Already Healthy: The Buddhist understand that one is already at their destination by simply being on the path. Loosely translated to personal health: If you are on your path to health, then you are already healthy. It’s just a matter of time before your body reflects your new being. How would the healthy version of you act, walk, and think today? Can you begin to be that person right now?
Targeted Visualization: Studies have shown that the mind can change the body’s response. Can you spend five minutes daily visualizing your immune system precisely identifying and eliminating what does not belong in your body?
Anticipating Challenges: As you try to change these habits, fears and doubts will try to force you back into your safe space. What patterns, thoughts, feelings, beliefs have kept you in your place? How do they protect you? Can they serve you moving forward?

R — Restore Energy & Peace

Restoration is about letting go of the old ‘patient’ mentality to make room for the new health outcome.
Old You Yields to New You: We have been conditioned to go to the doctor when something is wrong. So we associate the doctor’s office with sickness only. What if we can recondition ourselves? What if we let go of the ‘patient identity’ and carry an empowered identity in and out of the doctor’s office? What are you still holding onto that you need to ‘forgive’ (let go of completely) to make room for your new vision?
Mental Clutter: You are justified. You are right. Your reasoning is sound. If the emotional tax is bitterness, resentment, or guilt, then your body pays the price. What old resentments or guilts are ‘cluttering’ your mind and creating physical tension in your body that you need to release? Are you ready to release them now? (I personally have a hard time releasing things today.)
Ethical Hope and Agency: ‘What do I go to the doctor for? That’s their job to make sure I’m healthy!’ Who do you trust more to keep you healthy: Someone who might see you a few times per year for 10 to 20 minutes? Or someone who sees you every second of every day? You MUST be an active agent in your own health. Do you recognize your role as an ‘active agent’ in your own recovery, rather than a passive recipient of medical care? What is one way you can take more agency over your journey today?

Need A Personal Guide?

The discovery call is free.

There’s no pressure to commit to the full program during this call.
The goal is simply to help you make an informed decision — calmly and clearly.

Most people can’t tell whether this kind of work is right for them from the outside. This call gives you a chance to experience how I think, how I work, and how this shows up in real life.

How it works:

1. A calm orientation conversation (30 minutes)
We talk through what’s been confusing or frustrating about your health, what you’ve tried so far, and what you’re hoping to understand more clearly.

This is not a diagnosis and not therapy — it’s about orientation.

2. Initial clarity, not a full plan
By the end of the call, you’ll have at least one clear next step or insight you can use right away — whether or not we decide to work together.

3. A genuine safety net
If we decide to move forward and, after your first full session, you don’t feel heard, supported, or aligned with the process, I will refund you in full.

  • No guilt.
  • No awkward conversations.
  • No pressure to continue.

My Promise

If we move forward, I will meet you with attention, respect, and compassion.
If it’s not the right fit, I want you to know that early.

PS: A quick note on fit:
This is not for people looking for a magic pill, a detox, or a shortcut.
It is for people who want a clear, grounded way to understand their health and take small, sustainable steps forward — alongside their doctor, not instead of them.

If you’re ready for clarity rather than more noise, the discovery call is a good place to start.
