I’m Sami
I’m a Mayo Clinic–certified health and wellness coach and a medical school graduate with a background in patient care.
I work with people who feel confused about their health — not because they haven’t tried, but because they’ve received a lot of information and very little clarity.
I’ve seen both sides of the system.
I’ve been trained in medicine, and I’ve sat with patients who were told their labs were “normal,” yet still felt exhausted, foggy, or off in ways that were hard to explain.
Earlier in my career, I followed the traditional path and eventually learned firsthand what happens when we ignore the body’s signals and push through fatigue as if it’s normal. That experience reshaped how I understand health — not as something to fix quickly, but something to navigate thoughtfully.
Today, my work focuses on helping people make sense of their symptoms, clarify their direction, and become active participants in their own health — alongside their doctors, not instead of them.
This program isn’t about doing more.
It’s about learning how to:
